Pinpoint Lab Techs process kiwifruit samples across seven testing stations, the results of which determine the maturity of the fruit.  To be a successful Pinpoint Lab Tech, you will need good computer literacy and numeracy skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

This role typically starts mid-morning, with shift lengths depending on volumes.  Student and night shifts are also available.

Calling all early birds who like variety, keeping fit, and working outdoors! 

Field Technicians collect fruit samples for the lab to test.  Guided by the Pinpoint app, Field Techs collect 10+ samples a day across multiple orchards throughout the wider Bay of Plenty region. 

Phone literacy, great communication skills, and a good level of fitness will be an advantage for this role (step counts surpass 30,000 a day during peak season!)  A full, clean New Zealand driver licence is also essential.
